Services
Crack Filling
Crack filling is the process of filling all the cracks that are 1/4 in. or bigger in the pavement.. This is important because it prevents water from getting into pavement and seeping into the base. During the freeze thaw cycle water will ultimately compromise your structure without the cracks being filled.
Seal Coating
Seal coating is the process of sealing the entire pavement surface, painting it black. The seal coating also helps prevent water from penetrating the surface. This is done in conjunction with crack filling and will make your asphalt look brand new while extending the life of it.
Striping
Striping is the final stage of a project. After the asphalt has been paved or seal coated we then come in and paint parking spots, blocks, handicap signs, arrows, etc.
Catch Basin Repair
Often catch basins are damaged and need addressed. This is obviously very important to address because your pavement needs to have proper drainage. Whether they sit too low, high or just need readjusted we are equipped to make them right.
Milling
Milling is the process of grinding existing asphalt and has many different applications. We almost always do this when we are paving over an existing asphalt surface. This is also applicable when we doing pot hole repair depending on the size. We have both large and small mills to help aid us in the process of efficiently completing the job.
